We are seeking a reliable and efficient Custodian to join our team and ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. The Custodian will be responsible for cleaning bathrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other areas of the facility, as well as performing tasks such as dusting and inventory management. The selected candidates must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour but have room for growth in leadership positions for the right candidates. Schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

This is a night shift position. Schedule is Wednesday-Sunday, Hours are 7:30pm-2:30am. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour. Successful candidates must have a strong attention to detail, the able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, team-oriented mind set, and reliable transportation. Applicant cannot rely on public transportation as the buses do not run at 2:00am.

• Inspects plant and evaluates use of space and facilities.
• Assists with plans, budgets, and schedules modifications including cost estimates bid sheets and contracts.
• Ensures that site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
• Assist in the development of long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program/process improvements.
• Coordinates program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents.
• Compiles data for preparing estimates.
• Maintain and report on financial part of business, such as, labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting and any changes to these areas.
• Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
• Directs supervisory management engaged in support of facilities programs.
• Acts as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Maintains contract and contractor status databases.
• Reviews all correspondence concerning contractors and responds as appropriate.
• Establishes and maintains contact with contractors to ensure the smooth working of the contract process.
• Conduct and attend meetings to communicate top down, and bottom up on a consistent real time basis, with customers, clients, and employees.
• Assist with human resource concerns and issues.
• Overseeing multiple shifts. Location is open 7/24/365  

 Qualifications:

• Operations experience
• Significant facilities management experience
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
• Able to provide exceptional customer service and manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
• Experience in Production, Operations & Managing multiple projects at a time.
• Open availability, 9:00pm-4:00am, will be overnight

The utility technician will be responsible for cleaning the pits, bathrooms, breakrooms, common areas, power washing and other areas of the facility, as well as performing tasks such as dusting and inventory management. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning vehicle inspection pits.
• Power washing.
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors.
• Perform tasks such as dusting, cleaning glass, or cleaning and stocking bathrooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team members.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Other duties assigned.
